Every Monday, you’ll get an Extra Bet based on your net losses from the previous week automatically. It’s designed for South African players who love their football, rugby, cricket or any other sports action on the site.
How the Weekly Sports Cashback Works
The week runs Monday 00:00 CET to Sunday 23:59 CET. Mzansibet calculates your net sports losses from settled bets only: total cash staked minus total cash winnings, including any returns from previous Extra Bets.
As long as your net losses are R100 or higher, an Extra Bet lands in your account before the following Monday ends. The larger the loss, the larger the Extra Bet, up to the R1,000 maximum.
How Much Extra Bet You’ll Receive
Your Extra Bet is based on weekly net sports losses (min R100). The more you lose, the more you get.

How to Activate and Use Your Extra Bet
When the Extra Bet appears:
- Go to the sports promotions page and sign up with the Mzansibet promo code for extra on your first bet.
- Head to the sports section, add your picks to the betslip.
- Select the Extra Bet option in the betslip and place the bet.
It works on any sports market with combined odds of at least 2.0 and at least two selections. Maximum winnings are R50,000 (the betslip stops you going higher). Only your profit goes to your cash balance; the stake itself isn’t returned.
Use the full amount in one go. It expires after 7 days if unused. If the bet gets voided, the Extra Bet isn’t refunded.
Who Qualifies?
