What Virgin Bet FIVES Actually Is
Virgin Bet FIVES is a free-to-play game rather than a deposit-based promotion. Once you’re logged in and have opted in via the Promotions page, you go to the FIVES section and reveal player cards one at a time. Each card shows a professional footballer and the specific match they’re due to play in that round. You can reveal a maximum of five players, one per day, in the five days before the first match of the round.
After the final reveal, a scratchcard shows the cash amount you’ll receive for every goal those revealed players score in their listed games. Missing one day simply means that particular card expires; the rest of your squad is unaffected. Keep it simple. Only goals from the normal 90 minutes count. Own goals don't. Goals that get disallowed later don't. Goals in extra time or a penalty shoot-out don't. The New Player Transfer Feature
Starting this season, you can swap one of your revealed players for a randomly selected forward during a short transfer window.
To become eligible, you must:
- Place a single bet of R50 or more on a player market
- At minimum odds of 1/1 (evens)
- After you have revealed your first Player Card of the round
- Before the round deadline
The Transfer Window opens three hours before the scheduled round deadline and closes at the deadline. During that window, you can:
- Select one of your already-revealed players to transfer out
- Be offered a new, randomly selected forward
- Confirm or reject the swap
Only one successful transfer is allowed per round. If you reject the offered forward and try again, you’ll be shown the same player. Once a transfer is confirmed, only goals scored by the new player count for the Goal Bonus; the player you transferred out no longer qualifies. If you start the process but don’t confirm before the deadline, the transfer is cancelled, and your original lineup remains.
How to Take Part
